湖南通报查处长沙、衡阳、湘潭7名吸毒公职人员
日前，长沙、衡阳、湘潭通报7起党员干部和国家工作人员涉毒问题案件。
1、马王堆街道协税办主任杜学恒吸毒案。2014年5月6日，杜学恒伙同他人在某酒店利用自制工具吸食麻古和冰毒，被公安机关查获。芙蓉区公安分局依法对杜学恒作出罚款500元的行政处罚。杜学恒受到留党察看一年、行政撤职处分。
2、芙蓉区交通运输局工作人员周舟吸毒、持有毒品案。2013年以来，周舟伙同他人多次购买并吸食毒品麻古，被公安机关查获。芙蓉区公安分局依法给予周舟行政拘留十日的处罚。由于还牵涉到其他严重违纪问题，周舟受到开除党籍、开除公职处分。
3、火星街道陶家山社区支部党员解广吸毒案。2014年以来，解广多次伙同他人在长沙市芙蓉区宾馆、招待所等地，利用自制吸毒工具吸食毒品冰毒和麻古，2014年9月30日被公安机关查获。芙蓉区公安分局依法对解广作出行政拘留十日的处罚决定。解广受到开除党籍处分。
4、开福区食品药品监督局工作人员邓先辉吸食毒品且容留他人吸毒案。2015年11月3日—4日，邓先辉在开福区四方商贸城祥程假日酒店开房，从他人处购买冰毒和麻古，并先后容留吸毒人员廖某、彭某同场吸食，被公安机关查获。开福区食品药品监督局给予邓先辉开除公职处分。
5、开福区人民检察院反渎局检察员常正强吸毒案。2016年2月3日，常正强在位于长沙县安沙镇太兴村兴隆组一“嗨吧”内吸食毒品K粉，被公安机关查获。经开福区纪委常委会研究，并报区委批准，给予常正强开除党籍处分。行政处分将由长沙市人民检察院下达。
6、湘乡市市场和质量监督管理局（原药监局餐保化所）职工张景吸毒问题。2016年4月18日，张景（中共党员）在蓝黛歌厅地下停车场自己车内吸食K粉，被市公安局禁毒大队查获，处以行政拘留五天。2016年5月5日，湘乡市市场和质量监督管理局对张景予以党纪政纪立案。
7、南岳区发展和改革局保留正科级待遇干部伍宣吸毒案。2016年5月3日，伍宣等四名男子在该区集贤宾馆207房内吸毒，被南岳镇派出所民警查获。经尿检，伍宣尿检结果呈阳性。伍宣对其违法行为供认不讳，被南岳区公安分局处以行政拘留五日。经南岳区纪委常委会和监察局局长办公会议研究，报区委批准，决定给予伍宣开除党籍处分，撤销其正科级干部职务。
