陈建文说，身为党员领导干部，首先理想信念不能出问题，不能太斤斤计较于个人的利益得失，更不能将组织赋予的权力与个人等同起来，要对权力始终有敬畏感。“私欲膨胀，都有违法犯罪的可能，这些反面典型，都是我们的一面镜子”。
