新增出疆高速路 都市消费晨报讯（记者周端璞报道）5月17日，新疆维吾尔自治区环保厅官网公布了“G0612线依吞布拉克(新青界)至若羌公路”第一次环境影响评价报告。这条公路的规划建设，意味着新疆将再拥有一条可以出疆的高速公路。
过去，国家高速公路编号为G30的连霍高速公路是新疆惟一的出疆高速公路，承担着疆内外车辆进出的巨大压力。在不久的将来，连霍高速公路的压力可以得到缓解，因为从新疆直通青海省的G0612线依吞布拉克至若羌公路即将开建。
据介绍，该路段推荐方案起点位于新疆与青海两省区交界处依吞布拉克镇东南侧两公里，顺接G0612线青海段终点；终点在若羌城西顺接G0612若羌至民丰段起点，全长300.718公里，全线途经依吞布拉克镇、米兰镇(兵团第二师36团)、若羌县城。
本次道路工程采用分期修建、新建半幅高速公路的建设方案，新建半幅高速公路与既有G315按照分幅对向行驶方式运营。本次新建半幅高速公路路基宽度为13.25米，设计速度为平原区120公里/小时，越岭段100公里/小时，局部大纵坡路段80公里/小时。
G0612线依吞布拉克至若羌公路是《国家公路网规划》(2013年-2030年)规划的国家高速公路放射线北京至西藏高速公路(G6)联络线西宁至和田高速公路（G0612）的重要组成部分，也是《自治区“十二五”交通运输发展规划》中“五横七纵”中“第4横”(依吞布拉克-若羌-和田-喀什-伊尔克什坦口岸)的重要组成部分。建成后，这条道路还将成为塔克拉玛干沙漠高速公路环线的输出点。
“以前我们从南疆运一些特产啊、矿产啊得横跨半个新疆，从连霍高速出去。将来从若羌这边可以从高速路出疆，那真是方便太多了。”长期在南疆从事运输行业的李建设说。
●连云港-霍尔果斯高速公路，简称连霍高速(G30)：从东到西主要经过连云港-徐州-商丘-开封-郑州-洛阳-西安-宝鸡-天水-兰州-武威-嘉峪关-哈密-吐鲁番-乌鲁木齐-奎屯-霍尔果斯，全长4395公里，是目前新疆惟一的出疆高速公路。
●北京-拉萨高速公路，简称京藏高速（代号G6）：规划里程3718公里，通车里程1830公里。途经北京、河北、内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃、青海、西藏7省 区，全长约3724公里。途经城市包括北京、张家口、乌兰察布、呼和浩特、包头、巴彦淖尔、乌海、银川、吴忠、中卫、白银、兰州、西宁、格尔木、拉萨。
●西宁至和田高速公路，简称西和高速（代号G0612）：是国家高速京藏高速公路的一条联络线，沿线主要控制点包括西宁、湟源、海晏、天峻、德令哈、茫 崖、若羌、且末、民丰、于田、和田。是2013年印发的《国家公路网规划（2013年-2030年）》中的一条新增国家高速公路。
