据悉，银河漫游指南公司的CEO将由原bilibili旅游事业部负责人傅京南担任，傅京南则表示，分拆后，业务将扩展至多个国家和更多主题的深度定制游，向更多的社区和平台开放深度合作，致力于垂直文化圈层的企划服务和变现。与此同时，bilibiliyoo老用户原先享有的服务和优惠都将在新品牌下继续保留。

据悉，bilibili于2009年6月成立，公司董事长为陈睿，CEO为徐逸。2014年11月，bilibili正式推出赴日定制游产品，为热爱ACG文化的二次元用户提供专属旅游企划和推介，如去秋叶原买手办、去动漫作品取景地巡礼等。Bilibili表示，目前已经在中日两地都建立了成熟的旅游企划团队。
