The three closest to the Internet users of such an event "sensitivities".

/Celebrity scandal celebrity gossip related content, may trigger a 20% or so Internet users leave a negative comment. Regardless of content is used to leave a negative comment the proportion of Internet users is very low, with only 4%.

B. the negative comments come from "frustrated" and "patriotism"

Investigation after Internet users leave a negative comment, really like the team finds out "aversion to events or lose heart" (76.1%) and "country state of mind" (56.7%) is the highest proportion of the two.

Simply because emotions and other negative comments and leave a negative comment. "Poor quality articles/irrelevant" and "emotional inflammatory title" will trigger the negative emotions of 30% Internet users.

Visible, negative comments in the final analysis is mainly due to the news caused by the event itself, but the wording reads, emotional title and negative comments for the negative impact of Internet users should not be neglected.

C. how far is the distance from anger to action?

Opinions in the comments, views and convenient platform is the Internet to the masses. Half of Internet users believe he made the comments, thoughtful majority; the other half will make more or equal emotional comments.

When asked in the comments whether it will continue to monitor follow-up progress events, 35% Internet users often concern 58% Internet users occasionally focus on. This indicates that most of the netizens commented on the event, follow-up in-depth understanding of needs.

This demand will keep the media when personalizing newsfeeds, play more power--commented to the commentaries of the users pushing for the report and subsequent progress, netizens have full understanding of the causes and effects of the event.

That "too many negative comments, depressing" netizens 34.2%, view comments "extreme but fun are outlets" accounted for 19.2% users.

Finally about: social network lets us do more emotional?

Why, in the age of the Internet, angry voice is so easy to be stimulated and amplified?

Studies have shown that emotion has a significant effect on people on the Internet. Facebook has done a controversial experiment, changing 689,003 user content appearing in Dynamics summary page, compared to increase positive emotion, negative content after the content and increase the user's behavior.

In a week-long trial, users found that positive emotional content will publish more positive content, negative content users have more negative feelings, and see how far less emotional content the user published content is becoming scarce.

This kind of emotional contagion effects on the social networking site was significantly "in reflection": our emotions can unknowingly being manipulated.

"Emotional contagion" phenomenon can also use empathy (empathy) effect to understand. Empathy is also called empathy, is the ability to put experience to understand the emotions of others. Social networking to connect millions of people together, forming a weak link as a whole. This "virtual community" makes people more prone to empathy.

Internet users expressed anger behind may have multiple motivations. Probably because of opposition, antipathy may be inherently negative and discouraged, may have been influenced by incitement and misleading or just vent.

These different types of anger, for the development, is likely to play a very different role. Took place shortly before the girl and h Hotel attack, and Wei Zexi event recently, public anger to some extent promote the event identification and responsibility of accountability and even increases the capacity to maintain the rights of vulnerable individuals. Such anger on the "cutting edge", which may have a positive, dynamic effects.

By its very nature, because social media people together, forming a social virtual community feedback, make seemingly strange and unrelated to create empathy, even into paying attention or action.

However, anger, protests and complaints do not always solve the problem. Above findings reflect the attention from the netizens for livelihood issues. If the management can be more intelligent comments, such as monitoring the negative comments popup window for further investigation, gathering on a measure of ideas and recommendations, position on something, you contributed to the shift from anger to tiny operations.

Media era of unidirectional output is being subverted, interaction and customization is the future of new media, this requires media users demand more precise control, requires a combination of user insights and technology audience segmentation to the extreme. Mobile Internet for the flow in the age of war-news use exaggeration to snatch the title of users even more minute fragments of time. Regardless of social development and progress, both Internet users expressed anger will never go away.

·四成网民曾经发表过批评/吐槽等负向评论,其中男性网民比女性网民更显著;

·民生、贪腐和恶性事件/暴力,是最容易引发负向评论的内容,主导的情绪是对于事件的反感和灰心,以及忧国忧民情绪;

·发表评论之后,高达九成网民会有关注事件后续发展的需求;

·新闻事件会因为网民的愤怒而被推上风口浪尖的本质,是社交网络构建的虚拟共同体通过互不相识的个体的声音和互动形成社会反馈,从而使得人们更容易在弱关系中产生同理心;
