IT资讯讯 5月20日消息，不管是打车还是使用专车时，无良司机因为乘客不熟悉道路刻意绕路都是很多人遇到的欺客问题，针对此，滴滴出行今日上线了“费用异议”功能，该功能利用路径规划、司乘轨迹等大数据技术判断司机是否绕路，系统将会对所有专车快车订单进行拦截审查，一旦出现实际费用与机器判断费用不相符的情况，将为乘客退还差价，以保障乘客利益。

具体操作方式为，如果乘客认为司机绕路，可以在APP里进入“费用异议”入口，选择异议相关费用项并提交，提交后滴滴将用机器进行审核判断，如果确实有绕路等行为发生，将直接扣除有误费，乘客只需按预估价支付。

“有误费用项”包括：未坐车却产生费用、多收路桥/停车等附加费、司机绕路、司机提前开始计费、下车还在计费这五项。目前北京地区用户已经可以体验到这一服务，该功能未来会陆续在全国上线。

此前，滴滴还上线了司机真假判断，来尽量避免人车不符情况的发生，提高安全性。
