广西梧州人大原副主任受贿案宣判 被判刑6年
新华社南宁5月21日专电（记者张周来、何伟）广西壮族自治区高级人民法院20日对梧州市人大常委会原副主任孔祥鹏犯受贿罪案进行二审公开宣判。法庭认定孔祥鹏犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑6年，并处罚金20万元；扣押在案的受贿所得赃款人民币138万元由暂扣机关广西壮族自治区人民检察院依法上缴国库。
经审理查明，2002年10月至2010年9月间，孔祥鹏在担任梧州市财政局党组书记、局长期间，利用职务便利，为他人在收储安置房源、工程建设、项目借款方面谋取利益，非法收受他人财物共计人民币138万元。
法院认为，孔祥鹏身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物共计138万元，数额巨大，其行为构成受贿罪。孔祥鹏在提起公诉前如实供述自己罪行、真诚悔罪、积极退赃，依法可以从轻处罚。根据孔祥鹏犯罪的事实、性质、情节及对社会的危害程度，依法作出上述判决。
