　　常州“毒地案”进一步发酵。

　　诺普信（002215）5月20日晚间发布公告，参股公司江苏常隆化工有限公司因环境污染责任纠纷被两家环保组织诉讼，近日收到江苏省常州市中级人民法院起诉书。

　　诺普信表示，常隆化工正积极应诉，事件不会对公司生产经营产生重大影响。目前，诺普信持有常隆化工 35%的股权，常隆化工于 2010 年 8 月完成整体搬迁，土地所有权已归属常州市新北国土储备中心。

　　公告显示，原告为北京市朝阳区自然之友环境研究所和中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会，被告方除了江苏常隆化工有限公司，还有常州市常宇化工有限公司以及江苏华达化工集团有限公司。

　　根据原告指控，三被告在生产经营及对危险废物管理过程中，污染了常隆地块及周边环境。要求被告消除其污染物对当地生态环境的影响，承担相关生态环境修复费用以及诉讼相关费用，另外在国家级、江苏省级和常州市级媒体上向公众赔礼道歉。
