　　中新网5月21日电  据国家防总网站消息，5月21日～24日，江苏东部、福建东部、四川、云南、重庆西部、贵州西部、广西西部、西藏东南部将有一次较强降水过程，对此，国家防总副总指挥、水利部部长陈雷今日主持防汛会商，要求西南地区等地提前落实各项应对措施，尤其要强化中小水库和在建工程安全度汛工作，切实做好山洪灾害和中小河流洪水防范工作。

　　气象水文部门预测，受冷暖空气共同影响，5月21日～24日，江苏东部、福建东部、四川、云南、重庆西部、贵州西部、广西西部、西藏东南部将有一次较强降水过程，累积面雨量一般30～70毫米，其中云南西部、四川南部等地部分地区80～110毫米；22日降水最强，四川中部和南部、云南西北部将有大到暴雨。

　　对此，国家防总副总指挥、水利部部长陈雷高度重视此次强降雨过程，5月21日主持防汛会商，要求西南地区等地提前落实各项应对措施，尤其要强化中小水库和在建工程安全度汛工作，切实做好山洪灾害和中小河流洪水防范工作。

　　国家防总5月21日向江苏、福建、广西、四川、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏等省(自治区、直辖市)防汛抗旱指挥部和长江、珠江、太湖防汛抗旱总指挥部发出通知，要求认真安排部署强降雨防范工作，各级防汛责任人切实上岗到位，密切监视天气变化，及时预测预报预警，特别要加强灾害性雨水情的监测预报，着力做好在建水利工程防御、中小水库巡查调度和抢险等各项防御措施，特别关注局地强降雨引发的山洪、滑坡、泥石流和中小河流洪水等灾害，强化应急值守和灾害性天气预警，提前转移受威胁地区群众，及时上报汛情险情灾情，全力保障人民群众生命财产安全。

　　国家防总已派出5个工作组，赴西南地区等地协助指导防汛抗洪工作。
