在上述地区中，其2015年非私营单位就业人员年平均工资均超过了5万元，其中，河北为50921元，安徽为55139元，湖北为54367元，湖南为52357元，海南为57600元，四川为58915元，青海则突破6万元，达到61090元。
其2015年私营单位就业人员年平均工资均多数为3万多元。安徽私营单位就业人员年平均工资为37148元，海南为37093元，河北为34084元，湖南为33033元，青海为32248元。
另外一些省份还公布了地区的平均工资数据，比如在河北就有5个城市的就业人员年平均工资超过全省平均水平，分别是廊坊市63455元、秦皇岛市54946元、唐山市54407元、石家庄市(含辛集市)53466元、沧州市52654元。在安徽省，2015年年平均工资居前三位的是合肥（63626元）、马鞍山（58427元）、宣城（56867元）。
