EVCARD、一度用车、苏打是当前国内比较主流的分时租赁品牌,但毫无疑问他们都多少会遇到上述提到的问题。例如成立于2013年年底的EVCARD,它的业务首先于上海安亭国际汽车城进行试点,其所存在的问题就是无法异地还车,用户还车必须进行往返。这样一来,使用场景就受到了巨大限制。

这次乐视汽车发布“零派乐享2.0”版本,称要在2019年前累计投入20亿元,用强大的财力克服分时租赁领域的瓶颈。乐视控股副总裁何毅下了一个大胆的结论:“待无人驾驶时代来临,99%的人都不需要私家车”。

零派乐享2.0在1.0版本上进行了迭代,该APP有三个特点:平台上的车源均为纯电动车、支持异地还车、微信/APP双渠道租车。其采用的计费方式是按时以及按车型计费,越高端的车型,它每小时所需的租金就更高。但即便如此,它仍比出租车便宜很多。以望京SOHO租一辆车开到中关村SOHO为例,16公里,不到一小时按一小时计费15元,只是出租车价格的二分之一。

但界面瘾擎记者下载了“零派乐享”App后发现,目前其在北京市的网点基本分布在四环以内,而且都集中在朝阳区、东城区、海淀区等办公、商业区域,南边仅有丰台区有3个网点。对于住在南城,或者四环、五环以外的用户,目前使用起来并不太便利——或许这对于财力雄厚的乐视来说并不是什么难以克服的问题。

据了解,乐视投入的20亿元将用于解决停车位、充电桩、车源、网点扩张等问题。关于停车,与目前市场中做的比较好的停车管理公司合作,目前,乐视已经入股国内停车服务平台“停简单”,同北京区域200多家停车场建立合作意向,下一步将同政府合作,逐步开展上海、深圳、成都、烟台等区域的落地工作。

车资源方面,乐视零派乐享已经与比亚迪汽车、吉利汽车、江淮汽车建立了战略合作关系,可提供北汽EV200、奇瑞EQ、江淮IEV5、比亚迪E5、吉利帝豪EV等车型。

2016年上半年,零派乐享已经在北京主城区陆续投入近200辆车;预计到2016年底,零派乐享将完成3000辆车的车队规模,布局城市包括北京、上海、深圳、成都、重庆、三亚、烟台在内共7个。

充电能源方面,乐视年前投资了新能源企业“电桩”公司,并入资私人充电设备企业上海挚达;同时,同富电科技、万马新能源、普天新能源、e充网、EV POWR依威能源等行业主流企业达成了正式合作意向。

目前,令人担忧的不是没有硬件与停车场地,而是设备的维护与场地的管控。例如如何预防停车场的车位被不相关的车辆占据,这需要大量的运维人员,并且需要对其进行培训。

零派乐享的愿景很美,但能否吸引一批忠实用户很考验前期的执行能力;而若没有建立起用户群体,盈利则无从谈起;无法盈利,所谓“生态”则会成为一个伪命题。
