近日，广西柳州市30多家幼儿园为孩子们提供的牛奶，被食药部门证实是由一家涉嫌无证经营，且产品存在质量问题的奶牛场所生产。家长们反应，有幼儿一年来出现头晕、腹痛、流鼻血等不适症状。
问题牛奶流向30家幼儿园
10天前，广西当地媒体关于“柳州食药监管局查处一无证乳制品加工点”的新闻，引起了柳州市多家幼儿园家长们的关注。
当时的报道称，5月10日晚间柳州市柳南区食品药品监督管理局执法人员在柳南区西鹤乡张表屯某奶牛场开展调查，并发现了这个奶牛场生产的10种饮料和乳制品存在着涉嫌无证生产、生产许可证过期失效、标注虚假生产日期等一系列问题。
事后，食药监局在现场查封了1万多杯(袋)乳制品，其中包括的品种有：茶禅一味奶茶、茶禅一味红茶、椰子奶、双皮奶、鲜牛奶、纯鲜甜牛奶、草莓酸奶、红枣原汁酸奶、酸牛奶和甜牛奶。
家长们发现，这家涉事的奶牛场，正是向柳州市数十家幼儿园提供乳制品的红日奶牛场。而在上述这些被查封的产品中，包括红枣原汁酸奶、草莓酸奶、甜牛奶在内的多个品种，都是孩子们在幼儿园日常食用的产品。
随后，柳州市食药部门公开发布的信息显示，全市与涉事的红日奶牛场有业务往来的幼儿园共有30家。其中柳南区7家，鱼峰区8家，柳北区7家，城中区1家，柳东新区1家、柳江县6家。
“那个时候我们才意识到，自己孩子之前出现的很多不良症状，可能会和这个牛奶厂家有关系。”柳州潭中幼儿园的学生家长雷女士说，自己的女儿此前喝幼儿园供应的牛奶已有三年，最近一年来，孩子放学回家后却不时出现头晕、腹痛、呕吐、流鼻血等不适情况。
多名孩子早有不适
今年4月21日，在孩子又一次出现腹痛症状后，雷女士带着女儿来到柳州市人民医院就诊，医生给出的诊断结果是“细菌感染”。在同一天，雷女士女儿的班上另有十多名家长向班主任反映了自己的孩子出现发烧、呕吐、便血、流鼻血等症状，并要求请假。
据雷女士和家长们统计，班上36个孩子当中，有22人先后都出现了头晕、腹痛、流鼻血、便血、发烧、呕吐等症状。
相似的场景，也出现在其他购进了红日奶牛场产品的幼儿园中。一位立达幼儿园的孩子家长告诉新京报记者，自己的女儿自从上幼儿园后，就会经常肚子疼、流鼻血，持续了两三年的时间后，医生给孩子做的血常规监测却并不能看出是否为细菌感染，“肠炎”往往成为孩子“肚子痛”的诊断结论。
来自西船幼儿园的一位家长则说，孩子有时一周会流3次鼻血，每次都很难止住。作为家长，他之前并不清楚这是什么原因所致，到了医院，孩子的症状也并未得到医生明确的诊断。
彼时，并没有人把孩子们的身体不适和在幼儿园喝下的牛奶联系在一起。很多家长甚至并未带孩子到医院进行检查，而是直接到药店开药了事。
家长称自行带孩子体检被医院拒绝
事发之后，有一些孩子至今仍有此类症状未得到缓解，家长们对孩子进行全面体检的诉求声也高了起来。
截至今日，柳南区有关部门已经组织区内涉事幼儿园，对在园内就读的孩子进行统一体检，而其他区亦有部分幼儿园公布了体检方案。
公开资料显示，此次体检的项目包括：血常规、尿常规、肝功能八项(总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清球蛋白)、肾功能两项(肌酐、尿素氮)和体格检查五项(体重、身长、脊柱四肢、心肺、肝脾)。
有家长对此提出质疑，他们认为，这种常规检查并不能发现孩子的症状与此次被查处的牛奶之间的关系。
香兰诗诗艺术幼儿园的家长刘先生告诉记者，家长们对体检的要求一开始遭到了园方的拒绝。但之后不久，幼儿园却改口称，可以安排三甲医院的大夫到幼儿园对孩子们进行体检。
吊诡的是，来自立达幼儿园、西船幼儿园的多位家长均表示，虽然官方安排了对孩子进行统一体检，但他们试图带着孩子到医院自己做检查时，却遭到了拒绝。
“有医生问了孩子在哪个幼儿园后告诉我，这个幼儿园的孩子来检查，他们提前被打了招呼，不敢开单子。”
家长要求按国家标准检测
在柳州，拥有乳制品生产资质的厂家只有两家，而红日奶牛场并不在这两家之中。不过，官方通报显示红日奶牛场具备生产饮料(蛋白饮料类)的资质。
此前的报道显示，执法人员在奶牛场的冷库中发现了大量超范围生产的乳制品成品。
今天记者致电柳南区外宣办相关负责人，对方亦表示，该奶牛场出现的一大问题即是“超限生产”，在不具备乳制品生产资质的情况下依旧生产乳制品并对外销售。
5月18日，柳州市食品药品监管局发布通报称，经柳州市产品质量检验所检测，红日奶牛场的所有产品中，进入幼儿园的3种产品抽样监测结果显示，总砷、铅、铜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、蛋白质、糖精钠、乙酰磺胺酸钾(安赛蜜)、环己基氨基磺酸钠、滋味和气味、色泽、组织状态、脲酶试验13个检验项目中，仅蛋白质一项不达标，其余12项均符合规定指标。并且上述3种产品均未检出有毒有害物质和非法添加物。
国家食品药品监督管理总局2006年10月24日发布的《含乳饮料及植物蛋白饮料生产许可证审查细则》明确规定，含乳饮料(包括乳酸菌饮料)产品质量检验项目表中共包含22个检测项目，植物蛋白饮料产品质量检验项目则为19个。两个检测项目表均包括菌落总数、大肠菌群、致病菌、霉菌、酵母、乳酸菌等几项微生物指标。
在柳州市食药监局18日的通报中，以上6项检测指标无迹可寻。记者就此致电柳州市质量检验所相关负责人，对方确认此次的检测项目确实为13项，但拒绝透露更多细节。
中国农业大学食品学院副教授范志红对此表示，由于此次的检测报告缺少微生物检测指标，目前仍然暂时不能排除细菌性食物中毒的可能。
如今，家长们最强烈的诉求，即是对问题“牛奶”重新取样进行一次完整的检测。“检查结果我们都会认，但只是希望，有关部门能按照国家标准，按照19项这个标准给我们一个答案。”
一家涉事幼儿园向家长致歉
今日，涉事幼儿园之一，柳州市鱼峰区西船幼儿园向家长发出公开信表示，连日来全体教职员工进行了深刻的反省，在此对广大家长、孩子们表示深深的歉意。
该园称，撤销覃碧玉幼儿园园长职务;组织在园就读的幼儿进行专项体检，由市人民医院负责体检，费用由该园承担，体检结果如实向家长公布;确保校园食品安全，定期公示相关食材厂家、商家的名称、资质以及进货渠道等相关信息。
