宣传了半天的版权保护，我觉得很累，可是真的是无从下手。纵观中国的版权问题，真的就是出了名的乱。前两天我好几个国外的朋友，包括一个韩国人，和几个印度人，都学会了“山寨”这个词，而且已经成为了学校里嘲笑中国人的一个“梗”。这代表了什么？版权问题不再是国内的问题了——如果再不治理，就等着被取笑吧。和自己团队里的成员讨论了这个点子之后，coyote给我了这样一句话：“国内谈版权，还要再等十年。“想想说得非常有道理。十年？真的只有十年？

大众对版权的认识不够清晰

盗版到底违不违法？法律的管制不明确
《刑法》中关于“侵犯著作权罪”的规定
第二百一十七条 以营利为目的，有下列侵犯著作权情形之一，违法所得数额较大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；违法所得数额巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金：
（一）未经著作权人许可，复制发行其文字作品、音乐、电影、电视、录像作品、计算机软件及其他作品的；
（二）出版他人享有专有出版权的图书的；
（三）未经录音录像制作者许可，复制发行其制作的录音录像的；
（四）制作、出售假冒他人署名的美术作品的。
以上的法律是什么意思？也就是说，如果你只是单纯的不以营利目的的自己使用某个软件的盗版版本，不是犯罪，所以国家将不对你追究刑事责任。即使使用者有参与制作盗版，也需要达到一定的数量或标的金额较大才会被追究刑事责任。（参考：知乎/ https://www.zhihu.com/question/23222153）我个人认为，这样的法律宽恕了使用盗版的用户。睁一只眼闭一只眼并非不是坏事，但是法律的漏洞让越来越多的群众在著作权这一块还是处在了一个“无知”的阶段。这个锅，谁来背？
相信大家都有听说过美国的“数字千年版权法（Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) ”。我从头到尾看了一遍，这条法令除了加大了对互联网侵权的处罚以外，其实还是没怎么特别强硬地下某种规定。我在网上也经常能够看到知道真相的各大留学生网友这么一句话：“外国佬的版权意识没多强，只是人家觉得为这些东西付费是应该的。”我不是法律专家，但是我只是想借此说一句：就算你用盗版不违法，我们也不能强制你用正版（虽然在某些公司的你们从来不看的用户许可协议中有提到），但是请不要传播各种盗版软件。因为，个人利益使用不违法，没人保证过你传播就不违法。
国内版权到底有没有人管？
事实上，一个人只有真正被侵犯了版权，才能去有机会认真地思考这个问题——你发布了一篇文章，然后其他人未经允许把它复制并发布到了其他的网站上。更可悲的是，他们连原作者的名字和文章来源都没有提到，更多的，只是写了一个“原创”或者“匿名”。
我知道你们一些人可能要说：这种事只会在中国发生。说得的确有道理，中国的确缺乏版权保护意识以及相关的管理制度。但更重要的是，世界上的每一个人都应该知道这些游戏规则。之所以称它为“游戏规则”，是因为这是所有在媒体圈里的人都应该遵守的规矩 – 否则你就只能退出。
当我开始寻找他们网站的联系方式时，（就是那家复制了我们的文章的网站），我只是想请他们删除文章，或添加出处来源，可我就是找不到一个有效的联系方式。这种情况下，政府就应该做些什么来帮助原创作者了。到现在为止，我还是没看到一个能够让广大原创作者举报侵权的渠道，我也没能看到一个有效的处理办法。我知道网络侵权很难处理，但是国家作为一个人民相信的权威，封停一个网站也不足为过。看看FBI在一年内查封了多少版权违规网站？是时候做出些什么了。
无论如何，这不是儿戏。我知道我的力量渺小，但是还是那句老话：每个人尽一份力，我们还有什么是做不到的？别说十年。3年，5年，足矣！
