　　罪犯黄光裕,性 别男性,出生日期1969年5月9日。因犯非法经营罪、内幕交易罪、单位行贿罪，被判处有期徒刑十四年，并处罚金人民币六亿元，没收个人部分财产人民币二 亿元。现在北京市第二监狱服刑，于2012年被减刑十个月。2015年12月7日，刑罚执行机关以罪犯黄光裕获得2次监狱改造积极分子为由，建议将其刑期 减去一年。
