怀疑实验失败导致爆炸

据华东理工大学有关负责人表示，张建雨当天就已被公安部门刑拘，学校也正在配合政府部门开展调查。等调查报告的权威结论出来后，依照校规校纪对责任人严肃处理。
该负责人表示，学校对张建雨在校外开公司一事完全不知情，如果学校该承担相应责任，绝不推脱。
这位负责人再次强调，学校从没和焦耳蜡业签过科研合作协议。早在2007年，学校便明确规定，教师不允许在校外企业进行实质性兼职，个人也不能作为法人开办公司。

一位已从上海东北片一所211大学毕业的研究生，如今回忆起以前为导师打工的事，还耿耿于怀。“整个研究生阶段，我一直在做导师的研究课题，临近毕业，我完成了论文，并应聘到一家上海500强企业，但导师希望我暂时不要毕业，要我留在课题组，当时不敢和导师闹翻，就怕他不让我毕业，但真的是非常苦恼，只得忍。”
在本市另一所大学读研的晓宇（化名），在某个暑假里，为导师干了一件事：承担了某本合著著作中本来应由导师完成的部分章节的写作。“没酬劳，导师起先口头承诺，著作出版时可以联合署名。”可后来书如期出版，从头翻到尾，也找不到晓宇的名字。导师给出的解释是，合著的其他两位作者，都是其他高校大名鼎鼎的教授，加晓宇的名字不太合适。对于这件事，起初晓宇郁闷得不行，“但又能怎样，难道和导师撕破脸皮讨说法？”
教育学者：警示高校应规范导师使用职权

据熊丙奇介绍，在欧美大学，学校多鼓励教授创新、发明，但对教师在公司兼职和开办公司有明确规定：教师可在利用自己的知识产权创办的公司担任顾问两年，之后必须做出选择，要么回校当教师，要么去企业； 导师也要对所带研究生进行求学经费资助，但不能超越职权范围布置学生做与攻读学位无关的事，导师如布置不相关的任务，学生是否愿意做，要听学生意见，导师要按劳动法规定给学生合法报酬。但我国却很少有高校对此加以明晰。
“要理清导师布置给学生的任务哪些是导师职权范围内的，哪些是越权的，也很困难。我国当下没有规范的教师伦理委员会，学生很难针对导师超出职权的行为提起申诉，再由教师伦理委员会对其履行导师职权的情况进行调查，并对违背导师伦理的行为进行处罚。这也导致学生在导师面前的弱势地位被加固。有些学生因忍受不了导师‘盘剥’提出更换导师，还被认为处理不好跟导师的关系，导致学业学位受影响。”熊丙奇称。
