　　昨日，广东省公安厅副厅长彭会介绍，今年以来，全省公安机关纵深推进“2016断链”行动，破获了多宗重特大赌博案件查处了一批庄家、赌头和团伙骨干成员。截至5月15日，全省公安机关共查处涉赌行政案件13705宗，破获刑事案件1573宗，逮捕2400人、刑事拘留5395人、行政拘留37875人。

　　广东省赌博活动新特点

　　办案民警介绍，该团伙曾受过公安机关打击，具有反侦查能力，频繁更换开赌地点。比如其选点在坟头上、高速公路桥底、三面环水的地方，以及养猪场等臭气熏天的地方，搭个简易的棚子，自带发电机便开始聚赌。

　　其参赌人员有自己的一个圈子，一般打个电话问在哪里开场，然后就前往参赌，并且其中还有不少女性赌客。既有当地农民，也有做小生意的，包工头等前来参赌。“曾在坟头上开过一场，后来又搬了地方”，办案民警说。

　　今年3月底，省公安厅接群众举报称广州市白云区江高镇有一大型地下赌场，要求广州市公安机关立即进行核查。经前期侦查，广州市公安机关发现江高镇确有一赌博团伙以“三公大吃小”的形式组织地下聚赌活动，经过两个月侦查，专案组基本掌握了该犯罪团伙的活动规律、人员组成等情况。

　　办案民警介绍，赌客每次少则五六十人，多则八九十人。开赌时间则往往选择在深夜，晚上11时以后一直赌到第二天早上收档。为逃避公安机关打击，该团伙频繁变换聚赌地点，单个地点聚赌时间仅为几日。聚赌期间，在外围的路口、制高点等处设立放风暗哨和监控探头，“在赌场附近路段都设有看风的点，四周遍布探头，在制高点还有岗哨”，一旦发现异常情况即通知赌场人员逃散。

　　办案民警告诉记者，该赌博专案横跨8市经营，规模惊人，是一个生产、销售、摆放“老虎机”的赌博犯罪团伙。该团伙采取“化整为零”的方式将“老虎机”藏匿于人口密集地段的小商铺、便利店等场所内不起眼的地方，并采用新款式的赌博机，投放大量新型笔记本电脑式赌博机到相关地市，内容为“俄罗斯轮盘”赌博，极大地诱惑了参赌人员。

　　目前，该团伙系列案共抓获犯罪嫌疑人247人（其中已刑事拘留119人、行政拘留36人），捣毁赌博机生产组装点2个，查获木机箱加工厂1间、配件仓库1个、赌博机存放仓库3个，收缴赌博机442台（其中新型笔记本电脑式赌博机66台）、赌博机主板成品14283块、游戏机币14万余枚及赌博机主板、芯片、押分板等配件一大批，缴获涉案现金11.97万元。

　　据悉，嫌犯乃是通过设下“连环计”，通过出售“抢红包神器”逐步骗取受害者钱财。利用受害者贪心的心理，多次设套骗钱。

　　今年4月底，事主蔡某报警，称之前关注了一个名为“××科技公司”的微信公众号，该公司自称出售“抢红包神器”——“××红包软件”。事主通过微信与对方联系后，按要求转账1599元购买了这款软件，对方收钱后提供了所谓的账号密码，又提出支付软件安装使用费980元的要求，事主再次转账后对方就没有回信。

　　白云警方侦查发现，类似的警情在4月初也发生过，当时1名女事主也是通过微信找到这个名为“××科技公司”的公众号，想购买这款“××红包软件”而被骗，只不过她被对方套得更深。在经历购买软件的账号密码和安装使用费两个被骗步骤之间，这名女事主也感到了可疑，尝试要求对方退款但是没有成功，随后她还是在对方的诱骗下继续支付了第二笔钱，被骗款为980元。

　　这名女事主本以为付出两笔费用后就可以使用“强大”的软件了，但不法分子却抛出了第三个“陷阱”——付费购买定制功能。不法者声称软件还有所谓“抢红包最快”、“抢红包最多”、“抢红包特定尾数”功能，选择任何一种功能还必须支付2200元，并声称这是使用该款软件的最后一笔费用。这名女事主纠结再三，最终还是支付了2200元。为了购买这款软件，这名女事主前后总共向对方转账4779元。随后无论女事主向对方发去什么消息都石沉大海，没有收到嫌疑人的任何回应。
