　　据@八桂法苑 ：30日上午，百色市中级法院对河池市人民政府原副市长黄德意犯受贿罪、滥用职权罪一案进行一审公开宣判。法院以犯受贿罪和滥用职权罪分别判处黄德意有期徒刑十年，有期徒刑一年，数罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑十年六个月。

　　黄德意的落马缘于群众的集中举报，而举报内容则是凤山县原县委书记、河池市副市长黄德意“花5000万元画了两只鸟”。这两只鸟就是在出入凤山县城的山壁上雕刻的“凤凰壁画”。
