　　杭州峰会不同寻常

　　此次G20峰会最大的特殊之处在于首次在中国举办。中国是全球最大发展中国家，经济体量位居世界第二。国际货币基金组织数据显示，过去五年间中国对全球经济增长的贡献率达35%。

　　古斯塔沃说，拉美国家对这次峰会的期望各有不同，但尽快让世界经济重返正轨是共同的诉求。在发达国家经济复苏乏力的背景下，拉美国家要重振经济，在很大程度上依赖中国、印度等发展中大国的拉动。

　　俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克国立经济服务大学国际工商经济学院院长拉特金表示，期望本届峰会就金融互助达成共识。他说，由于财政预算赤字较多，俄方期待能够借助G20峰会获取廉价贷款。

　　一些发展中国家的专家表示，希望峰会围绕发展中国家而非西方国家最关心的问题设置议题，制定切实可行的推动世界经济复苏的方案，促使发达国家履行对发展中国家的援助承诺。

　　印度尼西亚经济发展与财政研究所研究员比马·尤迪斯蒂拉·阿迪内加拉希望本次峰会推动协调G20成员的货币政策。他认为，G20成员在确定基准利率水平时需要加强协调，以应对全球经济减速问题。

　　古斯塔沃指出，中国在完善全球治理、为世界经济注入新动力方面提出或参与了很多建设性倡议，比如建立金砖国家新开发银行和亚洲基础设施投资银 行，提出“一带一路”倡议等。这些创新举措将打破发达国家对全球金融治理的垄断，为发展中国家拓展经济发展空间。日趋复杂的国际政治和经济局势需要更加完 善的全球治理体系，中国应当在其中扮演非常重要的角色。

　　韩国湖西大学教授全家霖表示，在世界经济持续低迷的局面下，各国需要紧密合作。中国具备国际协调的能力和经验，可以为推动各方合作提供动力。
