　　中新网上海5月31日电 （记者 许婧 徐银）对研究生命丧导师企业的事故，华东理工大学党委宣传部31日对中新网记者表示，据学校目前掌握的情况，关于事故的发生原因、过程和责任认定，政府相关部门已开展调查，学校将依据调查结果，对遇难学生家属的合理诉求依法妥善解决。

　　5月23日下午，位于上海青浦区的上海焦耳蜡业有限公司发生爆炸，事故共造成近200平方米的彩钢板坍塌，确认3人死亡，其中包括华东理工大学一名研二学生李鹏。死者家属公开质疑，此次事故是因导师违规安排学生在自己工厂做实验所致。

　　事发后，华理曾通过官方微博发布消息称，对李鹏的不幸遇难深感痛心，学校正积极配合相关部门开展事故调查。

　　有媒体报道称，李鹏家属要求必须有市级的司法机关认证机构做尸检，并公布尸检报告，要求做DNA鉴定；必须出具市级事故调查报告，要求张建雨家人代表道歉，依法追究相关责任人刑事责任；要求校方领导出席李鹏追悼会，并追认李鹏优秀学生等荣誉；要求校方赔偿各类损失共853.92万元。

　　中新网记者辗转联系到李鹏的姐姐，已经怀孕3个多月的她因为“弟弟的事情伤心难过情绪波动较大，身体状况非常差，医生嘱咐要静养保胎，我是父母和家庭的唯一希望所以不能再出意外”拒绝了采访，她也希望得到各方理解。

　　华东理工大学当天确认，涉事企业确为遇难学生导师张建雨与其亲属张建军（该企业法人代表）的合股企业，但与学校没有任何合作关系，而张建雨、张建军本人已被公安部门刑事拘留。

　　华理党委宣传部相关负责人说，早在2007年学校便明文规定，除学校允许外，禁止教师在校外企业进行实质性兼职，教师也不能作为法人开办公司。此次事故，对应该承担的责任，学校绝不回避，对相关责任人也绝不姑息，将按照校规校纪严肃处理。今后，学校将加强对师生的安全教育、培训和管理，对教师在校外的兼职活动加强排查。（完）
