北京一周内发生两起群租房起火事件
新京报快讯(记者周佳琪)昨日(5月30日)晚8时30分时许，海淀区明光村小区17号楼10层一套民居起火。经核实，该民居为链家自如群租房，目前暂无人员伤亡。
这是一周内北京市区发生的第二起群租房起火事件。此前，5月26日上午10时许，朝阳区劲松一区111栋楼1单元8层一群租房起火。
着火房间为木板隔断
昨晚着火民居系链家自如群租房，内有3个房间，分别租给了3家租户，包括一对夫妻、两名20岁左右男青年、1名老人和1名女孩。
网友提供的图片和视频显示，起火后，房间窗户向外冒出明火，火势向楼上蔓延，并冒出大量黑烟。
记者在现场看到，起火房间由木板隔断而成，木板基本烧化，墙壁被熏黑，屋内床垫被烧至仅剩框架，衣物、木质家具及卧室门被损坏，部分地面有一厘米厚的积水。
此外，多名楼上住户受损。11层的空调外机被烧至坠落，12、13层楼外墙壁和玻璃熏黑，窗框受损。目前，10层水、电全被切断，其余居民另找住所。
多位目击者表示，着火后约10分钟，陆续有3辆消防车赶到现场。昨晚9时许，火势被基本扑灭。
该栋楼共18层，13层的任女士称，事发后曾有链家的工作人员到现场拍照。起火房间租户为两名20岁左右的男青年。
家住19号楼的一名先生介绍，该小区群租房众多，每栋楼的地下室“几乎都有群租房”。他说，很多群租房都是用木板隔断成好几间，“这些板子根本不防火，安全隐患很大”。
疑使用充电宝不慎导致
多名住户向记者表示，事故原因疑为电路起火。10层的一名女士说，今日(5月31日)早晨她曾见过该房间的租户，对方称是使用充电宝不慎导致，“当时想用水浇灭，但火势越来越大，就赶紧跑了出来”。
记者从海淀区消防支队获悉，目前暂无人员伤亡，具体原因仍在调查中。
链家表示，下一步将协助消防部门调查起火原因，并且会跟小区物业和邻居沟通核实物品损失，最终会根据责任划分，对相关物品进行维修或赔偿。
此外，5月26日上午10时许劲松一区起火民居，为小区附近一家面包店所租的员工宿舍，多名女性员工在此居住。北京消防通报称，11时20分，火灾被彻底扑灭，无人员伤亡，过火面积50平方米，火灾原因和财产损失正在调查中。
