2010年，杨某夫妇创立刷单炒信平台“蓝天店主网”。因法律及监管缺位，杨某夫妇通过购买关键词、QQ群推广的方式公开招揽生意，并将生意分发给刷手。截至案发，已有多个电商平台的数千家卖家参与，累计雇佣刷手达到18万多人。
在五年里，这个刷单网站流水超过1亿元。但随着电商平台对刷单打击力度不断加大，刷单利润下降得非常厉害，杨某夫妇完成一笔刷单只能挣1、2元。
然而，就在杨某夫妇苦苦支撑时，因涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》、《网络交易管理办法》等法律法规，2016年5月，重庆市工商局巴南区分局对“蓝天店主网”进行立案调查。如今该网站已被关闭，杨某夫妇被控制，其上百万刷单流水资金也被冻结。

刷单“赌局”无人幸免

行业资深电商人士贾先生告诉记者，如今的刷单行业已从2010年的巅峰坠入低谷。“在2010年时，干刷单是能挣钱的。现在很多年流水上千万的刷单平台，都是那会儿起来的。但现在参与刷单的商家十有九亏，因刷单赔上百万的大有人在。”
贾先生还表示，随着行业利润不断被挤压，越来越多的刷单团伙正向诈骗发展。
如今，因刷单引发的诈骗案层出不穷。记者从重庆市公安部门获悉，其最新破获的刷单诈骗案，案值超过2000万，受害人多达数百且遍布全国。该团伙先散布刷单广告，待受害人上钩后，推送“刷单”链接，受害人多次支付费用后，嫌疑人便玩起失踪。
