IT information news on May 30, a few days ago, the Ministry released the first quarter of 2016, notices relating to telecommunications services. User services such complaints accounted for more than 41.6% and fell 12.3%.

通告还显示,一季度共受理有关电信服务的申诉21178人次,其中,收费争议类申诉占比34.7%,环比增长8.0%,主要涉及手机上网流量计费和收费的问题;网络质量类申诉占比23.7%,环比增长4.4%,主要涉及宽带网速不达标、企业限制上行网速等问题。用户服务类申诉占比41.6%,环比下降12.3%。

在垃圾短信举报方面,一季度,12321网络不良与垃圾信息举报受理中心受理有效垃圾短信举报31411件次,同比上升49.4%,环比下降27.0%。
