法制晚报讯（记者 洪雪）六间房、酷我（聚星）、花椒、在直播、映客、69秀（玖秀）、陌陌和黑金直播9家直播平台的40名主播因涉黄被永久封禁，这是自4月13日北京20家网络直播平台公布《北京网络直播行业自律公约》后，因违规首批被列入主播的黑名单，“对于为何没有发布详细黑名单内容”，北京市文化执法总队网络执法队队长沈睿表示，名单已经上报文化部，需文化部批准后才能统一发布。
今日上午，在北京文化执法总队、北京网络文化协会召开新闻通报会，通报了《北京网络直播行业自律公约》实施一个多月以来的情况。协会负责人表示，目前，公约的落实基本到位。

据北京市文化执法总队网络执法队队长沈睿介绍，目前北京市文化执法总队已开始依照《公约》对相关网络直播平台进行监看，并将每月对外公布主播黑名单。这些上了黑名单的主播将不得再被网络直播平台雇用。
在会上，北京网络协会负责人表示，这40人上了黑名单的主播名单主要来源于三个方面：一是网友举报；二是直播平台在监控中发现；三是全国“扫黄打非”办、文化部、市文化执法总队等监管部门依法查处案件中涉及的主播。“但仍可能有漏网之鱼”该负责人表示，希望广大网民举报线索，并公布了协会举报信箱：wangluozhibo_xh@163.com。
