British media praised China's Internet governance | | corruption _ the Internet news

China daily, May 31 United Kingdom 29th published an article in the guardian praised China for network management, yuehan·nuodun in the paper, the author describes the observation of China's Internet controls.

Points out that one of the most urgent strategic issues facing Western Governments is how to adapt to China's emergence as a new world superpower. And intelligence work reorientation of the first priority is to have a comprehensive understanding of this new reality.

While Western officials and policy makers are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Prime Minister is intent on his engaged in the study of Chinese industrial and geopolitical strategies (such as what they intend to do in the South China Sea), I don't see any evidence that someone in the Government noted that Beijing is how to solve a problem does not solve any other Government, namely, how to control, manage and navigate the Internet.

United States Hali·Jin, a sociology professor at Harvard University and other scholars believe that Western society on the Internet in China know that everything is wrong. For example, Chinese Internet users on the network are not shackled. In fact, debates on the Internet in China is extremely competitive, just like us here. Government control outside of pornographic and other banned content, but does not interfere with accused local officials of such remarks.

Professor King believes that management of China in the network environment is very delicate, and quite deep, beyond the imagination of the Western world. Gold believes that the Chinese leadership has a strong engineering background. They know, pay attention to the Internet plays a critical role in the modernization of the economy, while enhancing the well-being of the people of the Internet.

It said, in the management of the Internet in China has a more detailed than Western thought and insightful approach to management. This may be because, by Western standards, the Chinese Government is a technocratic regime: there are about 80% in China's leadership elite with an engineering background. They know that the Internet is essential for a modern economy. They also agree that the Internet provided a safety valve – serves as a to highlight potential points of failure (such as local corruption) feedback loop.
