China attacked peacekeepers camp terrorist organization activity

中国遇袭，维和部队营地恐怖组织活动频繁
新京报快讯(记者颜颖颛)据联合国马里多层面综合稳定特派团(马里稳定团)6月1日发布的新闻公告，遇袭的维和人员营地位于马里北部的加奥地区，营地遭遇汽车炸弹袭击。这起袭击发生在当地时间5月31日20时45分左右。
记者了解到，目前驻扎在马里的中国维和部队共有395人，于5月下旬刚抵达马里。
第四批维和人员5月下旬刚抵达
据中国驻马里使馆消息，目前驻扎在马里的是中国第四批赴马里维和部队。第一梯队于5月19日刚刚抵达马里首都巴马科。驻马里大使陆慧英亲赴机场迎接，出席轮换仪式并送别第三批维和部队官兵。
据介绍，中国第四批赴马里维和部队共395人，包括一支155人的工兵分队、一支170人的警卫分队和一支70人的医疗分队。他们于5月26日全部抵达马里，开始为期一年的国际维和任务。
其中，工兵、警卫分队由陆军第16集团军某工兵团和某机步旅为主组建，医疗分队以某部医院为主组建。
这批维和人员部署在加奥市，担负任务区内安全警卫、设施抢修、医疗保障等任务。
马里是中国首次对外派遣维和战斗部队的国家。此前，中国对外维和人员多为工兵和医疗人员。
使馆多次发出安全提醒
2012年3月，马里北部发生军事政变。联合国安理会2013年4月通过决议，决定设立马里稳定团。马里北部地区近年来一直冲突不断，针对维和人员的袭击频发。

自政变以来，马里一直是恐怖袭击高发地区，去年11月20日，3名中国公民在马里首都巴马科丽笙酒店袭击事件中不幸遇难。
记者注意到，外交部领事司和中国驻马里使馆也多次发出安全提醒。最新的提醒发布于6月1日。使馆称，2016年5月31日，马里北方地区再次发生针对联合国维和部队营地的恐怖袭击事件。当前，莫普提、基达尔、加奥、通布图等马中北部地区恐怖组织活动频繁，暴力袭击事件不断，马安全局势严峻。
