China Fisheries Association in response to the Philippines brought sea arbitration: ignored

China Fisheries Association on the Republic of the Philippines sea arbitration case brought on a unilateral statement

To protect the survival of fishermen in the South China Sea fishery resources, safeguard the interests of fishermen's traditional fishing, China's fisheries Association of Republic of the Philippines sea arbitration case brought on a unilateral, solemnly declare the following:

And related to this arbitration case involving maritime survival of generations of traditional fishing grounds for Chinese fishermen. The ruling may cause harm to the legitimate rights of Chinese fishermen in the South China Sea, and the serious impact on the daily livelihood of the millions of Chinese fishermen. As a representative body of fishermen's interests in China, China Fisheries Association arbitration case concern must not accept, without admitting to fishery resources and fishermen's interests in tort.

Second, the South China Sea Islands are China's inherent territory since ancient times, China is the true master of the South China Sea Islands. Any country, organization or individual has the right to deny and changes in the South China Sea, China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, including the rights of Chinese fishermen to fish.

Third, China Fisheries Association firmly supports the Chinese Government's stance against unilateral arbitration in the Philippines. The Philippines and the arbitral tribunal did, violating the Sino-Philippine agreement settling a dispute through negotiations, in violation of the Declaration on the conduct of parties in the South China Sea, violated the United Nations Convention on the law of and China in 2006 to exclude statements made under the provisions of the Convention, according to which the arbitral tribunal not entitled proceeding or arbitration. Verdict is therefore illegal and void, are not binding. China Fisheries Association and Chinese fishermen ignored.

中国渔业协会回应菲律宾提起南海仲裁：不予理睬

　　新华社北京6月1日电

　　中国渔业协会关于菲律宾共和国单方面提起的南海仲裁案的声明

　　为保护中国南海渔民赖以生存的渔业资源，维护渔民的传统渔业利益，中国渔业协会就菲律宾共和国单方面提起的南海仲裁案，郑重声明如下：

　　一、此仲裁案涉及的有关海域为中国渔民世世代代赖以生存的传统渔场。有关裁决可能对中国渔民在南海的合法生产权利造成伤害，并对数百万中国渔民的日常生计带来严重影响。作为中国渔民利益的代表机构，中国渔业协会对此仲裁案高度关注，决不接受、不承认任何对中国渔业资源和渔民利益的侵权行为。

　　二、南海诸岛自古以来是中国的固有领土，中国是南海诸岛的真正主人。任何国家、机构和个人都无权否定和改变中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益，包括中国渔民的捕鱼权利。

　　三、中国渔业协会坚定支持中国政府反对菲律宾单方面提起仲裁的立场。菲律宾及仲裁庭的所作所为，违反中菲通过谈判解决有关争议的协议，违反《南海各方行为宣言》，违反《联合国海洋法公约》及中国于2006年根据《公约》规定作出的排除性声明，据此，仲裁庭没有资格就此案进行审理和仲裁。所以有关裁决结果是非法无效的，没有约束力。中国渔业协会和中国渔民不予理睬。
