  2008年7月27日,北京奥运会中国代表团礼服发布会举行。时间比较紧张仓促,所以只能安排员工而非专业模特穿着礼服上场,尤其是头上还有一顶白色小帽子,显得整个视觉比例不协调。

  “可能很多人会关注‘网红’赚了多少钱,可是没有人注意到这个过程里经历过多少艰辛”。


  叶超莹说,通常一套西服大约要12天到15天做好。2008年北京奥运会前夕,运动员名单迟迟未能公布。于是,这也就意味着奥运礼服迟迟不能有动作。


  叶超莹的工厂当时有十几个设计、300多个工人,经过层层定版后,要在短短十余天内赶制700多套礼服。


  “服装是要跟周围环境相匹配的。为了跟开幕式环境搭配,我们团队在2007年底咨询了开幕式团队,最终在很多套方案里,确定这套红黄色是没问题的”。


  在31日里约奥运会中国代表团礼服发布仪式上,国家体育总局器材装备中心副主任王明晏说:“恒源祥在北京奥运会期间圆满完成了各项任务,有力保障了中国代表团的完美登场,并让中国健儿成为开幕式当天‘鸟巢’体育场内最绚丽的焦点。”


  此外,如何让运动员在开幕式时有“披着国旗入场”的感觉、如何让人高马大的女排跟娇小玲珑的体操女将在入场时裙子视觉上在一条线……一系列问题也都要考虑。


  “当时我在办公室有行军床,基本就睡那里了。有一天晚上做噩梦,梦到北京奥运会开幕了,结果服装还没有做好!把我急得呀。醒了才知道:‘噢,还没开幕。’”


  当初被“人肉”后,叶超莹第二天就去申请注册了“番茄炒蛋”商标,“给自己留个念想”。现在这一商标已经归恒源祥公司所有。


  要当负责任的“负二代”


  “回头想想,人生走的每一个步骤其实都蛮有趣的,就像旅游一样。被骂也好、被‘人肉’也好,这也是一段值得被珍惜的历史。所以,把自己该做、能做、喜欢做的做好,就可以了”。


  叶超莹说:“设计是我的兴趣爱好,我的出发点就是人性化。设计是没有办法做到所有人都喜欢的。”


  当初他外公进入服装行业时,还是在上世纪90年代初,当时面向批发市场的家庭作坊式企业在温州如雨后春笋。随着一批有头脑的企业家逐渐追求品牌化,叶超莹家的公司也决心走上同样的道路,他常常讨教的对象是同行长辈。


  时过境迁,这些温州家族企业的接力棒也传到了第二代手上。叶超莹也经常受邀跟这些年轻的后辈们交流管理发展心得。


  在他看来,现在很多工业化生产都遇到了瓶颈:以前是市场需要产品,工厂提前半年至一年生产,消费者会为库存买单;但现在市场竞争非常激烈,工厂两极分化很严重,未来大规模生产一定要做到快速反应,以降低库存风险,将风险利润回馈消费者,这样才会有竞争力。


  “我经常说,要做负责任的‘负二代’,而不能做负资产的‘负二代’,”叶超莹说。他的秘诀,就是多学习。


  叶超莹说,时代潮流还是要跟上的。
