Jiangsu Wuxi Vice Mayor Ji Kejian involved bribery, abuse of public prosecution

Ji Kejian of the accused during the Presidency of Wuxi New District Director, knowingly distribute all kinds of special award to strictly control issuing range performance to the superior Party Committee and Government approval procedures, in violation of regulations, without authorization, issued new applications to the relevant departments, agreed to extend a special award in the pay system, resulting in losses of State property.

江苏无锡原副市长嵇克俭涉受贿、滥用职权被公诉
中新网南京6月1日电  (盛捷)6月1日，江苏省检察院对外发布，江苏省无锡市人民政府原副市长嵇克俭(副厅级)涉嫌受贿、滥用职权罪一案，5月30日由泰州市人民检察院依法向泰州市中级人民法院提起公诉。
　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知被告人嵇克俭享有的诉讼权利，讯问了被告人嵇克俭，听取了辩护人的意见。
　　泰州市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人嵇克俭利用担任江阴市委副书记、江阴经济技术开发区管委会主任、无锡新区管委会主任、无锡市副市长等职务之便，在项目投资、贷款担保、经营场所改造、资金拨付、工作开展、个人职务调整等方面为有关单位和个人谋取利益，先后多次收受或索取他人财物。被告人嵇克俭在担任无锡新区管委会主任期间，明知发放各类专项奖励须严格控制发放范围，履行向上级党委、政府报批手续，仍违反规定，擅自签批新区有关部门申请，同意在薪酬体系之外发放专项奖励，造成国家财产损失。
