　　6月1日凌晨4点开始至11时，建始全县普降大雨，业州、长梁、三里、茅田、高坪、五个乡镇降雨量达到100毫米以上，三里乡小洪村小学站点最大降雨量达177毫米，城区最大降雨量达到150毫米。据州水文记录，该站降雨量为55年第二位，重现期为36年一遇。县境内水库超讯限水位运行有8座，闸木水库水位上涨9.25米，小溪口水库水位上涨6.87米，野三河水位上涨11米。上午9时，县防汛办已经启动防汛四级响应。

　　目前，县四大家领导分赴五个重灾乡镇，组织抗灾自救。由公安、城管、民兵、消防、武警200多人的应急分队已进入抗灾一线。县里组成7个防汛救灾工作专班，围绕水库河道、道路交通、地质灾害等重点领域，水、电、通讯、气象等重要保障以及核灾报灾、巡查值守、社会稳控、疫情防控等重点环节开展工作。全县3000多名干部深入到街道、社区、农户，指导帮助群众抗灾自救，帮助解决受灾人员的生活问题。
