　　半个月前，59岁的蒋尊玉在法警押送下，走上广州市中级人民法院的被告席。昨日，蒋尊玉的女儿蒋丹丹，也走上广州中院的被告席。检察机关指控蒋丹丹伙同父亲为他人或利用其父为他人谋取利益，分别收取他人红包7万元，并于婚礼收受法拉利轿车一辆，价值近百万元。

　　通过女儿 7次收取下属红包共7万元

　　蒋丹丹，生于1984年，在私营企业从事文员工作。作为蒋尊玉的女儿，其被认为是蒋尊玉“家族腐”中的一环。

　　据起诉书显示，2010年至2014年，蒋尊玉利用其任深圳市龙岗区委书记，深圳市委常委、政法委书记的职务便利，为原广东省深圳市水务局办公室主任田某红职务晋升提供帮助，蒋尊玉通过其女儿蒋丹丹先后7次共同收受了田某红现金共计人民币7万元。

　　2004年至2011年，蒋尊玉利用其任深圳市人民政府副秘书长、深圳市水务局局长的职务便利，为深圳市城市假日房地产开发有限公司董事长卢某坚的房地产开发项目提供帮助。2011年蒋尊玉通过被告人蒋丹丹共同收取卢某坚贿赂的价值84.18万元的法拉利博斯特小型轿车一辆。

　　检方控称，蒋丹丹无视国家法律，伙同其父蒋尊玉共同收受他人贿赂为他人谋取利益，应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。但因被告人蒋丹丹犯罪后主动投案并供述所犯罪行，可获从轻或减轻的量刑。

　　蒋丹丹表示，2010年至2014年，每年春节和她两个小孩的百日宴时都收到田某红贿送的红包，每个红包1万元，共计收受了7万元。其供述，当时清楚田某红贿赂的原因是田某红想在职务晋升阶段谋取父亲蒋尊玉的帮助，同时父亲蒋尊玉也知晓田某红的送钱行为。而收取的7万元都用作了平时消费，案发后已把该笔贿款悉数退赃。

　　承认收名车 但不知对方送车原因

　　而针对第二项指控，蒋丹丹供述不知道卢某坚贿送轿车的原因，只是知道从事房地产开发的卢某坚与父亲关系不错，周末经常和父亲蒋尊玉一起散步。蒋丹丹称，除了赠送了一辆轿车外，卢某坚还在逢年过节都会给家人赠送红包。

　　蒋丹丹表示，自己是在快结婚的时候收到卢某坚贿送的轿车的。几天后，在父亲的授意下把车转卖给深圳某高尔夫球娱乐有限公司董事长李卫平，得到80多万元的卖车款，但随后又把这笔钱转回给李卫平。后来，李卫平又把现金人民币100万元赠送给自己母亲，而这事是听她母亲说的，她没有亲眼看到100万元的现金。

　　对公诉方提起的两项指控，蒋丹丹表示认罪，称：“不该收取红包、名车，这是不对的。”

　　目前，案件仍在审理当中。
