昨天，58同城公司公关部工作人员表示，从5月开始，“北京京冀伟业劳务派遣有限公司”在58同城网站发布了大量名企招聘信息，2016年5月以来被投诉数量达51起，投诉指向该公司收取招聘费用、虚假招聘10余次。经58同城调查，认定该公司系以名企招聘为名进行虚假招聘，骗取招聘费用牟利的黑职介。随后，58同城信息安全部于5月10日对其账号进行了冻结处理。当日事发系10余名该公司员工强闯58公司，要求重开被冻结账号遭到拒绝导致。
记者随后致电北京京冀伟业劳务派遣有限公司(以下简称“京冀伟业”)马经理，马经理称当日前往的10余人确系其公司员工及部分同期遭58公司冻结账户公司的员工。马经理称，京冀伟业在58同城注册账号后发布招聘信息，为一些公司招聘员工，“突然我们发现公司的账号被58(公司)冻结了，我们来要求其重开账号”。马经理称，自己公司并非黑职介公司，并且手续齐全，只不过每次介绍工作时暂扣求职者50元的资料费用，不久会返还。
对此，58同城公司公关部工作人员出示了多名求职者投诉资料，指向京冀伟业介绍工作时均收取了50到100元不等的介绍费或照片费，最终均未归还，且安排工作存在欺诈行为。该工作人员表示，58同城公司对注册账号公司出示的规章写明，在网站注册的招聘公司“被用户投诉收费”和“冒用名企招聘”等行为属违规，58同城接到投诉后，曾要求该公司出示相关资质材料，该公司未能出示齐全材料，才对其进行冻结账号处理。
