　　央视网消息(新闻联播)：国务院总理李克强今天下午在人民大会堂金色大厅会见出席第八届世界华侨华人社团联谊大会的全体代表。

　　李克强首先代表中国政府，向本届大会成功召开表示诚挚祝贺，向与会华侨华人代表，并通过他们向6000多万海外侨胞致以衷心问候和良好祝愿。

　　李克强表示，中华民族是一个大家庭，长期以来，这个大家庭的成员不仅具有生生不息的家国情怀，而且拥有守住中华文化根基的强烈意识。广大海外侨胞秉承中华民族勤劳、智慧、坚韧、包容的优秀品质，艰苦打拼、自强不息，创造了不凡的业绩，传播了友谊的种子。大家身在异乡，情牵桑梓，积极支持和参与中国的建设和发展，为祖国和祖籍国的繁荣富强做出了重要贡献。

　　李克强指出，经过改革开放30多年的努力，中国已成为世界第二大经济体，经济实力、综合国力和国际影响力不断提升。但中国仍是世界上最大的发展中国家，要实现现代化还有很长的路要走。面对国际国内多重困难和挑战，我们将继续深化改革开放，攻坚克难，大力发展新经济、培育新动能、改造和提升传统动能，发挥好中国经济巨大的韧性、潜力和回旋余地，经过努力，中国经济一定能够保持中高速增长、跃上中高端水平。

　　李克强向与会代表提出三点希望：一是做中外友好合作的“金丝带”。当今世界经济深度融合，人员交流不断扩大，要增进中国人民和住在国人民的友谊和信任，为中外各领域交流合作铺路搭桥，在国际政治经济格局变化中维护世界和平，促进开放发展。二是做中国创新发展的“参与者”。中国经济要实现转型升级，需要依靠创新驱动发展，从过度依赖自然资源向更多依靠人力人才资源转变。中国仍是最有吸引力的投资目的地，更是智力投资的新热土。欢迎广大侨胞回国投资，创新创业。三是做祖国和平统一的“连心桥”。两岸同属一个中国，两岸同胞是一家人。希望海外侨胞一如既往关心和支持祖国和平统一大业，为两岸和平发展贡献力量。

　　李克强最后希望华侨华人社团团结凝聚广大华侨华人，建设海外和谐侨社，引领侨胞遵守住在国法律和习俗，积极融入当地经济社会发展，取得更大成就。
