通报中提及，上官永清为正厅级干部。记者从山西国信投资集团官网看到，该公司是经山西人民政府批准成立的大型一类企业，是山西唯一的地方金融控股集团，经营领域涵盖信托、证券、银行、基金、餐饮、医疗等多个行业。目前设立或参与的法人机构共有28家，山西唯一的信托机构、唯一证券上市公司、唯一股权交易中心都在它旗下，同时它管理着山西第一家五星级酒店等。
