　　数据显示，2015年北京市城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为111390元，与2014年的102268元相比，增加9122元，增长8.9%，扣除物价因素，实际增长7%。其中，年平均工资最高的三个行业分别是金融业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，卫生和社会工作139176元，分别为全市平均水平的2.23倍、1.43倍和1.25倍。

　　不过，从纵向比较看，二者的差距在缩小。该负责人分析称，从工资增速看，城镇私营单位年平均工资增速快于非私营单位2个百分点。从工资水平看，私营单位就业人员年平均工资为非私营单位就业人员的52.7%，比上年提高1个百分点。

　　该负责人同时指出，不同行业就业人员年平均工资存在较大差距。比如，城镇非私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业是金融业，为248320元，是最低的居民服务、修理和其他服务业(48613元)的5.11倍;城镇私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业是金融业，为111921元，是最低的农、林、牧、渔业(35077元)的3.19倍。
