该局一位副局长向《中国经营报》确认上述情况，且称：“公安使用该房屋的行为，是原房主出于对公安在其企业下属某市场维护治安的一种感激。”
而业主方面称，在向公安索要别墅后，别墅一度被反锁，公安并不配合，而业主所办市场则一度被人“找麻烦”。
公安占用企业家别墅
5月22日，河南省三门峡市一位企业家范女士反映，当地公安分局涧河派出所，长期占用其家族私人房屋，且擅自改变房屋原貌，在房屋后门私开“后门”。且使用该房屋12年，从未与业主签定租赁合同，也不提房租费用。
《中国经营报》记者注意到，范女士所提及的房屋，位于三门峡市经济开发区古城路南的一別墅区。经开分局治安大队的办公及宿舍区域，为前后两排别墅，面积约1000平方米。其中，作为宿舍及办案区域的后排别墅，即范女士所指自家别墅。
范女士称，2004年前后，其丈夫胡某在三门峡市经济开发区百景园小区，购买了这套建筑面积约300平方米的两层小别墅。由于家属当时并未在该别墅居住，且应刚成立不久的三门峡公安局涧河派出所请求，将该别墅借给该所暂时使用。该派出所将该两层别墅，改造成该单位的相关办案区域和民警宿舍区。
目前，上述涧河派出所已被撤销机构，且过去12年间，已经更换多位所长，但范女士称从未有人出面商谈过房屋的租金问题。2015年，业主多次要求公安局腾房，但经济开发区治安大队被指推诿。
