　　案发后，成都市公安局成华区分局和交管局组织警力迅速展开调查。经大量调查取证工作，6月1日19时许，嫌疑人张某（男，22岁，理县人）被公安机关挡获，张某对相关违法行为供认不讳。6月2日上午，交警五分局依法对事发时张某存在的两项交通违法行为作出行政处罚，其中张某“变更车道时影响正常行驶的机动车”的违法行为，被处罚200元；张某“机动车通过有灯控路口时，不按所需行进方向驶入导向车道”的违法行为，被处罚100元，记2分。
