  5月25日,王健林亮相央视《对话》栏目,喊话迪士尼,要让迪士尼中国的财务十年到二十年之内盈不了利。3天之后,在南昌万达城开业庆典上王健林再次放话,牛皮不是吹的,相约2019年见。随后,有媒体声称,万达乐园内发现盗版迪士尼卡通形象,迪士尼官方表态打击盗版,万达又强势回应:有迪士尼官方授权,不侵权……


  一时间,硝烟四起,首富王健林要撸起袖子和迪士尼对着干了?以至于迪士尼官方在接受采访时都疑惑,我们和万达私下是合作伙伴,可万达为什么一直和迪士尼过不去?


  其实,像王健林这种段位的企业家,即便其一向以个性率直著称,但如此直白的喊话迪士尼,肯定不是“老夫聊发少年狂”般的心血来潮。细细品味王健林的每次喊话,大有“此中有深意”的巧妙,只是少有人看懂罢了。


  PK实为“万达城”背书


  一年前你知道万达城是什么吗?现在你肯定知道了,从哪里知道的?王健林喊话迪士尼!这就是王健林的智慧。可能数亿元广告费才能解决的品牌传播问题,王健林的几次叫板就轻松解决了。


  假如因此你觉得万达城就是跟迪士尼学来的,那你又小看王健林了,因为万达城是从万达广场创新演变而来,它和万达广场一脉相承,迪士尼这样的主题乐园,只是万达城功能的一部分而已。当年百货大楼如火如荼的时候,王健林装进去电影院,大玩家游乐、卡拉OK,还有餐饮等业态,推出了万达广场购物中心,最后万达广场演变为一个城市的中心。而现在的万达城是万达独创的文化旅游新产品,包括超大型万达茂、大型室外主题乐园、室内主题乐园、顶级舞台秀、酒店群、酒吧街等内容。万达城的体量更大,项目更多,是一个集地产、商业、文化、旅游于一身的庞然大物,全天候游乐的万达茂是王健林的得意之笔,这一点迪士尼没有。万达城是根据中国经济发展以及新的社会需求而创新推出的一种全新的商业模式。如果说万达广场就是城市中心,那么“万达城”就是城市的旅游中心。


  PK实为战略上藐视


  王健林军人出身,最讲究战略。“群狼斗恶虎”是早在去年万达的西双版纳国际度假区开业时,王健林向迪士尼发出的公开挑战。这一次,王健林在《对话》中再次公开万达对迪士尼的战略是“好虎架不住群狼”,即用15到20个万达城实现对上海迪士尼的包围,并最终战胜它。这是王健林的战略。


  因为王健林深知不能和迪士尼拼品牌和IP,人家毕竟有90年的历史,有众多家喻户晓的迪士尼IP,但万达城拥有更接地气的价格、更丰富的业态、更浓郁的地方特色与更容易的文化认同。值得一提的是万达城里的万达茂,是万达城的主体建筑,它突破了季节、气候的限制,做到“游乐全天候”,真正实现了民谣《南山南》里的场景:“你在南方的艳阳里大雪纷飞,我在北方的寒夜里四季如春。”想一想,在广州滑雪,在哈尔滨观赏热带雨林,是不是风景美如画,爽得不要不要的?


  王健林讲究的是“战略上藐视敌人,战术上重视敌人”。


  PK实为团队明确目标


  万达城最终要做成什么样?超过迪士尼!2020年入城人数要超过2亿人次,收入规模要超过1000亿,成为世界最大旅游企业。这就是王健林给团队下的任务。


  一个国外记者提问,为什么万达总爱跟迪士尼比?可是不和迪士尼比又能和谁比呢?在世界游乐园领域里,迪士尼寂寞了太久。这也注定了在全世界范围内,万达城只能和迪士尼比。可米老鼠和唐老鸭不可能一直包打天下,香港迪士尼已经开课教育新一代消费者何为米老鼠和唐老鸭了。


  “世界那么大,我想去闯闯。”王健林和他的万达城,像是一头大象,闯进了世界游乐行业,搅得叮当作响。


  中国需要自己的迪士尼,某种程度上,和迪士尼PK也是王健林最能鼓舞士气的战斗号角。
