6月3日消息，京东智能在京发布“叮咚（DingDong）开放平台”，将可用“声音”呼叫O2O服务。
据介绍，利用叮咚开放平台，比如我们出门前，整理衣服的同时，可以喊“叮咚叮咚，打辆出租车到***”，不需要通过手机即可完成叫车服务；周末宅在家，家里很乱又懒得收拾，对叮咚说：“叮咚叮咚，帮我上门取件衣服”，几分钟后，e袋洗就会上门收走要洗的衣服、要刷的鞋、要养护的包包。
此次京东智能还推出了叮咚灵动版和悦动版两款智能音箱新品，进一步丰富叮咚原有的产品线。资料显示，叮咚为京东与科大讯飞合作推出的智能音箱，实现了自然语言交互进行音频点播和播放控制，可完成百科查询、讲故事、聊天等功能。
另外，叮咚开放平台除了接入第三方的服务之外，此前成立的京东智能音频联盟成员的产品也将共享平台的接入服务，预计今年10月，采用“JD+智能音频解决方案”的终端，将都可以使用叮咚开放平台上的服务，首批合作伙伴包括：滴滴出行、中通快递、e袋洗、百度地图、京东到家、JIMI机器人等。
