这两样,都不是什么新鲜东西,超市结账、用支付宝付款等等,都会大量使用“巴枪”,而扫描二维码,更是很多人的“家常便饭”。信息与外界隔绝,到了它该去的地方,而且极为快速,对快递实名制是有决定性的好处的。

这就给管理部门一个很好的提示。时代变了,不是下一个指令大家都能无条件执行了。必须要有技术做保障,必须解除人们心头的顾虑。

快递实名制,绝不仅仅是客户和快递公司的事情,它更考验管理部门的作风和能力,管理部门除了发发文件以外,还要承担起更多属于自己的责任,比如进行一定的投入研制软件,比如主动试点和推广一些技术性的做法。技术升级所需要的成本,也该考虑在内,进行评估,找出一个各方分担的方案。
