　　美国的“自我孤立”概念意在孤立中国 不符合实际

　　关友飞也强调，中美两国在军事方面的务实合作不断加强，磋商频度越来越高，建立了互信机制，军事关系日趋成熟。中国即将参加环太平洋联合军演，中美将举行年度救灾联合演习。中方愿意推动与美方一道维护本地区安全。但美国需摒弃冷战思维，不要在朝鲜半岛举行军事演习，停止向台湾出售武器，排除阻碍两军关系发展的障碍，以实际行动推进中美两国的合作。

　　柬埔寨副首相：卡特有关中国“自我孤立”的言论不正确

　　6月3日下午，中央军委联合参谋部副参谋长孙建国在新加坡会见了新西兰国防部长布朗利。

　　在会见印度尼西亚国防部长里亚米扎尔德时，孙建国说，中方与印尼保持了良好的沟通与协调，有效维护了地区和平稳定。希望两军进一步加强各领域交流合作，密切双边军事关系。

　　在谈到南海问题时，里亚米扎尔德表示，南海是本地区国家的共同家园，相关国家应共同维护地区安全。应综合考虑《联合国海洋法公约》、《南海各方行为宣言》、《联合国宪章》和历史背景等因素，逐步解决主权和海洋权益争议。当前，恐怖主义是我们的共同威胁，印尼愿与中方一道，应对恐怖主义等安全威胁，维护地区和平稳定。

　　在会见泰国武装部队最高司令宋迈时，孙建国说，泰方在多边安全对话上一贯给予中方支持和帮助，中方愿与泰方继续加强多边安全领域合作，维护亚太地区和平稳定。

　　宋迈说，近年来泰中两军各领域交流合作密切，取得很多成果。两军应进一步加强在双边和多边框架下的交流合作。

　　孙建国就地区局势阐述了中方的一贯立场。宋迈表示，泰方希望有关地区争议问题通过和平协商解决，泰军愿为地区和平作出贡献。
