　　国家防总高度重视此次强降雨防范工作，国家防总副总指挥、水利部部长陈雷主持召开会商会提前安排部署，各省防指积极采取有效措施，防汛抗洪各项工作有力有序开展。

　　国家防总密切关注雨情发展，及时会商研判，5月30、31日两次向有关省防指和流域防总发出通知，提前派出5个工作组分赴江苏、浙江、安徽、江西、陕西等省，根据雨情变化随后向湖北省加派工作组。

　　国家防总加强科学调度。针对太湖水位持续上涨情况，太湖防总科学调度太湖骨干水利工程，有效遏制太湖水位的快速上涨，同时加大周边城市排水力度，努力降低河网水位。

　　针对此次降雨，各地及时快速反应，积极主动应对。上海市启动防汛Ⅱ级响应，浙江省及时启动防汛Ⅳ级响应，福建省启动防暴雨Ⅳ级应急响应，重庆市利用已建山洪灾害监测预警平台发布预警信息59次、启动预警广播65次、发送预警短信1.24万条次，陕西省各级责任人全面上岗到位，发布预警通知370余条次。四是做好巡查防守，强化预置预备。安徽省组织1700余人对水阳江相关河段堤防开展巡堤查险和开机排涝，重庆市提前将价值600余万元的应急抢险物资配发到防汛重点地区，协调武警部队在防汛一线预置200名兵力，确保出险后第一时间迅速处置。
