重庆：近千名环境资源破坏人获刑罚

　　新华社重庆6月4日电（朱薇、李怡璇）记者从3日召开的重庆市高级人民法院环境资源审判工作新闻发布会上获悉，通过建立“全覆盖式”的环境资源审判组织体系，4年多来已有近1000名环境资源破坏人获刑罚，并通过环境保护“禁止令”、代替性修复等司法探索，为环境依法治理、实现绿色发展提供了强有力的司法保障。

　　据介绍，自2011年起，重庆法院开启了设立专门审判集中审理环境资源案的试点探索工作，目前全市已设立11个环境资源审判庭，实现了在高、中、基层三级法院的纵向全覆盖，并全面推行环境资源审判庭刑事、民事、行政案件“三合一”的综合受案模式和环境资源案件集中管辖制度。

　　重庆市高级人民法院副院长黄明耀介绍说，2012年1月到2016年5月，重庆共审结环境资源案件2622件，其中，环境资源刑事案件688件，依法追究近1000名被告人的刑事责任。

　　此外，重庆各地法院还积极创新裁判方式，如环境保护“禁止令”、代替性修复等司法探索在保护环境上成效显著。据统计，全市法院已经组织当事人累计在长江、嘉陵江、乌江等流域放养鱼苗近百万尾，种植树木8万余株，“两江环保司法林”“长江三峡生态修复司法保护示范林”初具规模。
