　　继秦皇岛市副市长张学军落马之后，河北省秦皇岛市近期又一名副厅级官员被带走调查。

　　记者6月5日从河北省纪检部门、秦皇岛市委等多个交叉信源证实，河北省秦皇岛市委常委、统战部长李学民已于两周前被有关部门带走调查。

　　在官方媒体的报道中，李学民已有二十余日没有露面。

　　据秦皇岛市委统战部官网发布的信息显示，5月10日，秦皇岛市工商联召开十五届四次执委会议，市委常委、统战部部长李学民出席并提出要求。

　　澎湃新闻记者查询发现，这是李学民最后一次以秦皇岛市委常委、统战部长身份出现在公开报道中。

　　公开资料显示，李学民曾长期在秦皇岛市工作，先后担任海港区区长，青龙满族自治县县委书记，北戴河新区工委书记、管委会主任，北戴河区委书记等职。

　　2013年10月，李学民进入秦皇岛市委常委班子，兼任北戴河区委书记。2016年2月，李学民不再兼任北戴河区委书记，转而兼任秦皇岛市委统战部部长一职。

　　6月5日上午，多名秦皇岛市政府内部人士向澎湃新闻记者透露，李学民的问题主要发生在北戴河任职期间，但也牵扯到之前的问题。

　　澎湃新闻记者从上述秦皇岛市政府内部人士处了解到，李学民在北戴河区任职期间大力推进了该区城乡一体化的建设。

　　据河北新闻网2015年8月报道，秦皇岛市北戴河区按照“重建设，更重规划；重面子，更重里子；重当前，更重长远”的理念，扎实推进农村面貌连片改造提升。经过精心规划和建设，北戴河、苏庄等7个村庄已初步形成内外兼美、连片竞秀的崭新面貌。

　　事实上，秦皇岛市近年来刮起的廉政风暴已经让当地多名官员落马。

　　其中，曾经轰动一时的“小官巨贪”马超群案就发生在李学民曾任职的秦皇岛北戴河区。

　　据新华网2015年2月的一则报道披露，秦皇岛市城市管理局原副调研员、北戴河供水总公司原总经理马超群，被视为河北“小官巨腐”典型。据有关机关介绍，马超群涉嫌受贿、贪污、挪用公款被查处，在其家族房中搜出现金上亿元、黄金37公斤、房产手续68套。

　　此前，秦皇岛已有一名厅级干部落马。

　　河北省纪委2015年10月22日发布消息称，日前，经中共河北省委批准，中共河北省纪委对秦皇岛市原副市长张学军严重违纪问题进行了立案审查。

　　依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等有关规定，经中共河北省纪委常委会议研究并报中共河北省委常委会审议，决定给予张学军开除党籍处分。由省监察厅报省政府批准，给予其行政开除处分；收缴其违纪所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题、线索及所涉款物移送司法机关依法处理。
