通报显示，“双龙”号游船船上共18人，4名获救人员中，一名小孩抢救无效罹难，其余14人下落不明。
船上18人名单为船主一家三口：户主周丕强，妻子王型菊，儿子周林(4岁)。游客15人：游客杨东，妻子陈玲，女儿杨诗雨，利州区三堆镇人；游客秦欢，妻子庞春羲，女儿秦思涵，利州区三堆镇人；游客赵斌，妻子魏佳佳，女儿赵其萱，利州区三堆镇人；游客胡大国，妻子余敏，女儿胡艺，利州区三堆镇人；游客周密，女儿魏梦霏，利州区东坝街道人；游客王明星，利州区三堆镇白岩村人。
