2015年度，北京全市城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为111390元，比上年提高9122元，同比增长8.9%；全市城镇私营单位就业人员年平均工资为58689元，比上年提高5787元，同比增长10.9%。

分行业看，不同行业就业人员年平均工资存在较大差距。其中，年平均工资最高的三个行业分别是金融业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，卫生和社会工作，分别为全市平均水平的2.23倍、1.43倍和1.25倍。

目前已有20个省份陆续发布2015年本省“平均工资”情况，北京城镇私营及非私营单位就业人员年平均工资均“领跑”全国。
