记者在贾先生手机上看到，当天并没有一万多元的行程订单，四笔取消行程记录中金额显示均为0元。
贾先生说，有两个问题让他很担心，一个是强制性免密支付，客户无法设置同意免密或者不同意免密；其二便是优步这么大一个公司没有客服电话。优步主要是通过邮件来与客户联系，但是贾先生表示，在中国，各种服务的售后还是以电话为主。
记者了解到，优步公司采用国外流行的扣款方式，完成订单后，款项直接从绑定的支付宝或银行卡中扣除，不需要输入密码。贾先生告诉记者，当时幸亏支付宝里没有足够的钱支付，不然一万多元就要被扣走了。
