　　5月31日凌晨，平远县大柘镇梅东村东富岭发生一起故意伤害案件，致多人受伤，伤者全部送医院救治，其中一人洪某伤势严重经抢救无效死亡。案发后，梅州市、平远县公安机关迅速成立了“5·31”联合专案组，初步查明，这是一起由陈某清、黎某为首的枪击致人死亡案件。专案组在省公安厅、梅州市公安局相关业务部门的大力支持下，昼夜开展案件的侦办和追捕工作，认真做好涉案人员家属的思想工作，敦促在逃人员投案自首，与此同时，平远县公安机关通过各种媒体向社会发布缉捕主犯陈某清、黎某的悬赏通告，发动群众提供犯罪线索。

　　经初步审讯，犯罪嫌疑人陈某清、黎某等交代了“5·31”伤害致死案全部过程。案发当天，陈某清与洪某在大柘镇新田路一夜宵档相遇，洪某责问陈某清日前为何欺负其朋友，从而发生争执，争执后洪某等人离去。陈某清、黎某伙同他人驾乘小汽车在县城平岗路附近发现洪某等人后进行追赶，追至大柘镇东富岭村一路段时，用自制霰弹枪向洪某驾乘的小汽车开枪，造成车上洪某等6人被击伤。被击伤的6人被送往医院抢救，洪某经抢救无效死亡。
