　　中新网昆明6月6日电  (马骞 严浩)云南省军区扫雷指挥部扫雷3队下士程俊辉，4日在执行中越边境扫雷任务过程中光荣牺牲。记者6日从云南省军区获悉，程俊辉牺牲后，云南省军区批准他为革命烈士，追记二等功。
　　4日下午，扫雷3队在坡度有60多度的雷场先进行爆破排雷，尔后实施人工搜排，程俊辉主动到最危险的地段作业。正当他全神贯注排除一枚地雷的引信时，山体突然崩塌，他坠落至30多米的深谷。在场官兵迅速对程俊辉实施抢救，并送到云南省文山州富宁县人民医院。22时00分，程俊辉经抢救无效牺牲。
　　今年22岁的程俊辉，是重庆长寿人。2012年12月，他参军入伍到陆军第14集团军步兵某旅工兵连。因军政素质过硬，2014年8月加入了中国共产党，年底晋选为士官后即担任了副班长。去年6月，中越边境云南段扫雷任务部署后，他主动递交参战申请书，成为了云南省军区扫雷指挥部一名光荣的排雷战士。去年11月，中越边境云南段第三次大规模排雷行动正式展开，程俊辉与400余名战友奉命出征，冒着生命危险扫除遗留在中越边境中方一侧的地雷。
　　扫雷行动中，程俊辉积极发挥扫雷骨干和党员的模范带头作用，毫无保留向战友传授排雷方法技巧，始终战斗在最危险的地方，深受官兵好评和赞誉。入夏的滇南雷场闷热潮湿，程俊辉和战友每天穿着14公斤重的防护装具，在雷场挥汗如雨，与死神共舞。截至5月29日，扫雷官兵通过爆破排雷和人工搜排相结合的方式，已扫除雷区面积14平方公里，排除各类爆炸物近3万枚。
