IT资讯讯 6月6日消息，根据北京海淀法院今天发布的微博消息，因认为奇虎公司未经许可，在向公众提供的导航电子地图、开发的应用软件“360搜索”中使用其享有著作权的电子地图，误导公众认地图具有合法来源，四维公司诉至法院，要求停止侵权、赔礼道歉、赔偿损失一亿元等。日前，海淀法院受理了此案。
据悉，四维公司称原告长期投入大量人力物力研发中国电子地图，每年对地理信息实况变化进行跟踪测绘，并根据道路变化不断升级电子地图版，原告对以上电子地图享有独立、完整的著作权。原告发现，奇虎公司未经许可，以商业经营为目的，在提供的导航电子地图及开发的安卓和IOS平台应用软件“360搜索”APP中使用原告享有著作权的电子地图。此外，奇虎公司误导消费者认为其提供的地图具有合法来源，构成不正当竞争行为。
四维公司认为，因奇虎公司的行为，在自身获得巨大利益的同时，给四维公司造成重大的经济损失，故向法院提起诉讼。要求奇虎公司停止侵犯著作权及不正当竞争行为，赔礼道歉，消除影响，赔偿损失1亿元，赔偿合理支出100万元。
