人民网北京6月7日电 据外交部网站消息，外交部发言人洪磊今天在例行记者会上表示，关于福岛核泄漏事故，中方已经多次阐明了立场。各国政府都有责任保护在本国的外国公民的人身安全和合法权益。日本政府打算如何消除福岛核泄漏事故后续影响，具体采取什么举措？希望日本政府以负责任态度对此做出说明。
　　有记者提问：日本外务省6日发布统计数据显示，2015年日本向中国公民发放的签证数量创下历史最高纪录，团体和个人游客大幅增加。你对此有何评论？中方是否担心日前曝光的东京电力公司隐瞒福岛核泄漏事件会影响中国人赴日旅游？外交部是否会提醒前往日本旅游的中国公民注意日本海产品食品安全？
　　对此，洪磊说，中方主张在中日四个政治文件的基础上，同日本发展长期、健康、稳定的关系。双方应为两国人民开展正常交往，增进相互了解创造更为有利的条件。
